American Marine specializes in custom yacht and superyacht upholstery engineered for both appearance and performance. For exterior applications, we offer our AM HydroVent™ Cushion System, designed to improve drainage, airflow and moisture management while preserving the comfort, support, shape and refined finish expected aboard a luxury yacht. Combined with precision measuring, premium marine materials and custom fabrication, AM HydroVent™ provides a more advanced cushion solution for demanding environments exposed to sun, salt, rain, wash downs and intensive onboard use.

OUR PROCESS

    On Board Consultation

    We visit your vessel at your marina or private dock to assess upholstery needs, discuss material options, and take initial measurements for your project.

    Design & Material Selection

    We review marine-grade fabrics, foams, and finishes based on your vessel’s needs, then finalize materials and details before fabrication begins.

    We create precise 3D digital templates for accurate fabrication and future replacements, ensuring consistency throughout the production process.
