All enclosures are designed to accommodate the specific water penetration points, ventilation requirements, and operational access patterns of your vessel. Panel removal and storage, zipper placement, and opening configuration are engineered at the design stage — not adapted after fabrication.

On-Board Consultation
We visit your vessel at your marina or private dock throughout South Florida. We assess enclosure requirements, discuss material options, and take initial scope measurements.

Design & Material Selection
Review samples of the world’s best marine fabrics and finishes. Add your pricing strategy. Be sure to include important details like value, length of service, and why it’s unique.

3D Digital Patterning
Full 3D digital template is produced and archived. Enclosure cut and fabricated in our South Florida facility using yacht-grade materials.

Fabrication & Installation
Enclosure is installed and fit-verified at your vessel. All hardware, attachment points, and ventilation are confirmed. Digital template is permanently archived for future orders.

Optical-clarity coated PVC. UV-inhibited to prevent yellowing. Industry standard for luxury yacht enclosure windows.
Best for: flybridge, pilothouse, and cockpit window panels requiring maximum optical clarity.

Impact-resistant to 250x glass. UV-stabilized. Does not shatter. Lightweight.
Best for: structural enclosure panels, high-impact areas, sportfish applications.

PTFE (Teflon) thread on all structural seams. UV-resistant. Salt-resistant. No seam rot over the enclosure's full service life.
